  • Ayurvedic Massage (50 Minutes)
    Ayurveda is based on ancient Indian principles of Ayurveda and pressure points, designed to heal the body and create a balance between mind, body, and spirit.  Our Ayurvedic massage is a customized treatment, incorporating essential oils, typically herbal-infused, with time-honored and non-traditional strokes and kneading that suit each individual’s needs.
  • Swedish Massage (50 Minutes) 
    Swedish Massages consists mainly of long strokes over oiled skin and kneading of the outer layers of muscle tissue to reduce stress and soothe sore joints and muscles. Swedish massage relaxes the nervous system, aids circulation, and helps with detoxification.
  • Deep Tissue (50 Minutes) 
    This therapeutic treatment is a mix of slow, short, strokes and penetrating finger pressure focused on tight, contracted areas. The therapist employs her thumbs, forearms, and even elbows to work muscle tissue and relieve tension. A deep-tissue massage can help heal injuries and release adhesions and knots caused by stress. Not recommended for those receiving their first massage.
  • Sports Massage (50 Minutes) 
    Designed to prevent and treat injuries, improve flexibility, and enhance athletic performance, sports massage can be used by athletes of all abilities to prepare for or recover from athletic or sports events. Even if you aren’t an athlete, sports massage may help muscle pain or restricted range of motion.
  • Thai Massage (50 Minutes) 
    Thai massage, long considered a medical treatment in Thailand, the therapist puts you through a series of stretches that cover the entire body. (That’s why it’s often called lazy man’s yoga.) You lie on a floor mat or on a table wide enough to accommodate the therapist, and you wear loose-fitting clothing (often supplied by the spa), because there’s no way a sheet can stay put during these moves—the therapist might kneel on the back of your legs and pull your arms to arch your back and open your chest, or place her shoulder under your heel to lift your leg and stretch your hamstring. Thai massage also includes deep-pressure point work to stimulate the sen, or the body’s energy pathways.
  • Couples Massage (50 Minutes)
    Share the moment with a friend or partner.  Ease stress and unwind as two therapists perform side-by-side Swedish massages. Swedish Massages consists mainly of long strokes over oiled skin and kneading of the outer layers of muscle tissue to reduce stress and soothe sore joints and muscles.   • Reflexology (25 Minutes) 
    Reflexology is based on “reflex areas” on the hands and feet, whose energy is believed to be connected to organs and other body parts.  By applying pressure to the reflex points, the reflexologist can balance your nervous system and stimulate endorphins, the body’s natural pleasure response, which reduces stress and discomfort.

Pre/Post Massage Instructions

  • Wait at least one hour after eating to have a massage
  • Drink water following the treatment to eliminate toxins and lactic acid buildup that occurs during the massage

Clients with medical conditions such as cancer, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, deep vein thrombosis, recent heart attack or surgery, hematoma, tumors, hernias, recent or unhealed fractures, burns or infections, or who are pregnant consult their doctors before getting a massage.
